 Bishop R. Sean Limes, Senior Pastor, along with his wife, Co-Pastor Michelle D. Limes, are the founders of The City of David Ministries (TCODM), located in District Heights, Maryland, under the leadership of Apostle McCoy L. Eaton, Presiding Prelate of the Kingdom Impact Network Interdenominational.

Bishop Limes carries a deep passion for calling men into their God-given purpose. With a heart for the community, he reaches back to empower and raise up leaders who will stand as pillars in society. Marked by his own testimony, he walks boldly in the mandate to create pathways of strength, restoration, and recovery—equipping men to rise above everyday challenges and step into their God-ordained destiny.

He was licensed to preach in September 1997 and ordained in September 2006. In December 2011, Bishop Limes was installed as the Senior Pastor of The City of David Ministries. On October 4, 2025, the Right Reverend R. Sean Limes was consecrated to the office of Bishop in the Lord’s Church, commissioned to fulfill the divine mandate and kingdom assignment entrusted to him. He is a prophetic, cutting-edge preacher and passionate worshipper with a profound compassion for the people of God. Bishop Limes serves diligently and faithfully to empower people of all ages to live life to the fullest through faith in Jesus Christ. He and his wife, Co-Pastor Michelle, reside in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, with their three children and two grandchildren.

Co-Pastor Michelle Limes has a mandate by God to preach and teach the gospel and is anointed to bring deliverance through the Word of God in clarity and simplicity. God uses her to heal, and break cycles of bondage. She is autting edge, prophetic woman of God that believes that “the power of God can break any stronghold over your life; if you let Him.” “You do not have to stay in the place that you’re in!”

Co-Pastor is the wife of Bishop R. Sean Limes of the City of David of Ministries, of District Heights, MD.  They are under the leadership of Apostle McCoy L. Eaton, Presiding Prelate of the Kingdom Impact Network Interdenominational.  Co-Pastor Limes attended Maple Springs Bible College and in May 2001 she received her license to minister and was ordained in October of 2004. 

Co-Pastor Limes is the visionary founder of Womanology and The Birthing Chamber, a dynamic women’s empowerment ministry. She facilitates intimate, life-shifting sessions that awaken confidence and call women into their God-given identity.

Co-Pastor Limes is a native Washingtonian and has three wonderful children and two grandchildren. As she stands on Psalm 91:1 “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the highest shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” She knows she must lean and depend on God for everything. “He is the source of my strength and faith is not faith until it’s tested.” “God has released unto me my assignment and now it’s time to rediscover, redeem and ignite my dreams, goals and God-given purpose!”
